Elm Company
Role - Co-Founder/Brand Manager
As a co-founder of Elm Company in 2003, a pivotal role was played in transforming a conceptual idea into a fully realized brand. Early responsibilities included overseeing the overall direction of the brand, product development, athlete partnerships, website creation, and more. Through close collaboration with the team, the focus remained on delivering high-quality products.
After an initial tenure with Elm Company that concluded in 2009, involvement resumed between 2014 and 2016 by working with an external manufacturer to acquire and rebuild the brand. Serving as brand manager during this time, efforts centered on collaborating with vendors, contractors, and athletes to reestablish the brand's presence in the outdoor and snow industry. In 2016, the brand was sold to a European company.About Elm Company
